• Owner of the company, The Cycle Witch, that runs the organization Cuntopia
• MotherBirther of the Cuntopia movement with a following/support network
• Decision maker on: who is hired, what projects we make, creations, curriculum, events, main project manager
• Bears the load: Is the sole investor, takes all financial risks, makes all initial investments, pays for and manages all digital software, apps and chat rooms for the group, customer service, course and event creation, all sales, all marketing, systems, finances. Does not currently make enough profit to have any full time or regular staff support.

Power dynamics:

• Paid reparative justice facilitator contractor to run the Repair Room 3x per month and ad hoc recieve and handle any harm reports that come through
• They are paid via donations from attendees of these repair rooms and Lexi covers any missing funds to ensure they are fully paid, even if the work they are doing is anonymous
